Price rate for 2017

$1200 with 75 stay days

Yearly on site:

No need to move your rv when you are ready to return home.

$1200 yearly with 75 stay days.

Yearly rates include two persons. Those who wish their family members to stay a charge of $5.00 per day. The site is exclusive to the person renting the spot only. You must be present anytime a guest is sharing your RV.

Loan out your rv and you are not present:

1. You must notify that you will have someone staying in your RV.

2. Persons must register and pay $25 per day for two persons.

No pro-rate or refund if leaving early.

Extra days may be purchased at the monthly rate.

 Yard maintenance around your RV is your responsibility.

Winter is a tough time to remain open. We will remain open on limited conditions. 1). the bathhouse will be open when possible. 2.) Oct 31 the water to your RV will be disconnected.  In the event you attempt to use the water at your site and damage from freeze occurs you will be responsible for the damages including increase to water bill.
